What we process
Newsletter: your email address and the language you signed up in. Demo submissions: artist name, email, country, genre, note and the audio file you upload. Email: what you send us for booking and press. The site collects no accounts, payments or location data.
Purpose and legal basis
The newsletter is sent only with your consent, after you click the confirmation link we email you; every message has a one-click unsubscribe link. Demos are processed to review them and reply to you (consent). Emails are processed to answer you (legitimate interest).
Retention
Newsletter sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe; an unsubscribe record is kept so we never email you again. Demo files are kept for at most 90 days and demo details for at most 12 months, or deleted sooner on request.
Service providers and transfers
The site is hosted on Vercel and served through Cloudflare. Records are stored in Supabase (Frankfurt, EU), demo files in Cloudflare R2, and emails are sent with Amazon SES (Frankfurt, EU). These providers process data only on our behalf.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie (dil) to remember your language; there are no advertising or tracking cookies. The Spotify player loads only when you press play, after which Spotify's own cookies apply. Visits are counted with Cloudflare's cookieless analytics.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days.
